Enjoying Fall!!

We had a lovely fall walk around the neighbourhood and down to Telford Lake! The children were using their senses to explore fall, feeling the fresh air, which turned out to be very warm actually, looking at all the fall leaves and their colours and listening to the crunch of the dry leaves. We had a wonderful time and collected some amazing leaves. The students used some of their favourite leaves to make a "leaf man" or "leaf animal" based on the book Leaf Man. These wonderful creations are hanging in our room, come take a look!

Safety City Field Trip and Safely on Board Presentation!!!

Fun safety events! The students loved riding the mini quads and practicing the rules of the road and sidewalks. Bus safety is also important and the students learned how to behave on a bus and exit in an emergency!
