Well kindergarten is in full swing now. We have gotten over our first day jitters and into our routines. The students are an amazing bunch of children with so much to offer each other in their unique ways. I am looking forward to the coming months as I watch their friendships blossom and their skills in kindergarten progress. Some highlights so far this month are; getting to know each other, learning our rules and routines, exploring different centers, starting to recognize our alphabet and working with shapes, as well as the Terry Fox Walk to just name a few.
